With heavy hearts we are sad to announce the passing of our Mother on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at the age of 90 years old.
"Beloved Wife" and "Best Friend" of the late Eric John Thompson for 58 years. Proud to call "Mom" are Laura Thompson, Susan Trepasso, John Thompson and Tracy Ford (Christopher). Dearest Grandmother to Grant Trepasso, Eric Thompson, Beth Thompson, Taylor Ford and Spencer Ford. Louise was the daughter of the late Edith McCaffrey (nee Ballstadt) and step-daughter of the late Dawson (Dan) McCaffrey. Predeceased by mother-in-law and father-in-law Lesley and Malcolm (Mac) Thompson. Also predeceased by sister-in-law Mary Campbell (late Wes) and brother-in-laws Ronald, Dennis and Wesley. Will be lovingly remembered by many cousins, nieces, nephews, best friend and cousin Beatrice Mearow, neighbours Terri and Anne.
