Your body was tired and your eyes were heavy. Peacefully you passed surrounded by those who loved you dear on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.

Cherished son of Brookes (Jamie Chillman) and Nick Tier. Loving “bonus brother” to Trinity, Treece and Dominic Chillman. Adored Monkey and Sunday Snuggle Buddy to Steve and Sherry Frechette, Grandma Sharon Chillman and pre-deceased by Grandpa Dan Tier.  Special “Little Man” to great-grandparents Jake and Shirley Hulko. Great-nephew to Vickie-Lynn Myles. Nephew to Chris and Chrissy Frechette, Scott Frechette, Ashley and Paul Perron, Steve Vallee and Jodi Chillman. Although he was the oldest cousin of the bunch, he was the smallest in size to Kohen, Tristan, Oakley, John-Roy, Dahlia and Danté.  Great nephew to Ken and Kathy Frechette, Carol and Wayne King, Cathy Miller (late Dave), Fred and Sandra Frechette. Pre-deceased by great-grandparents George and Joyce Frechette. He will be missed by his many friends including Lola Valente, Evana Iacoe, Vanessa Gallo and families.

Special thank you to Dr. Kirk Zufelt and his nurse Toni Waite for all their knowledge, compassion and support over the past 12 years.  Heartfelt thank you to Shirley Yun, LHIN and to Nurses: Leah, Marnie and Dawn Black from Bayshore Nursing for their compassion and understanding as we navigated Lincoln’s health challenges. Special warm thanks to Jamie Kozak for allowing Lincoln to “take care of you” during the summer months. Extended thank you to all the Paediatric Staff in PCCU and on B6 at London Children’s Hospital.  We will forever be grateful to have had the support of such an amazing health care team over the years.

A celebration will be held at a later date.  We only ask that you honour Lincoln’s memory in your own special way. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in a Lincoln’s memory to Sault Area Hospital Foundation Women and Children’s Health Fund (Pediatrics) or to Ronald McDonald House South Western (London) Ontario. https://www.rmhc-swo.ca/how-you-can-help/online-donation/in-tribute-in-memory-donation  Arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. 705-759-2522).  Please visit Arthur Funeral Home website obituaries to leave a memory or a message of condolence as a keepsake for Lincoln's family.
