Peacefully at Blind River District Health Centre on Monday, January 31, 2005 in his 90th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Mildred (Lofquist) for 62 years. Dear son of the late Melvin Russell Ulch and Roberta Faye Kintrea Ulch Harris. Loving father of Jacquie (Dave) Leziert, Bo McBride (late Ray), both of Sault Ste. Marie, Bette (Jim) Purvis of Huntsville, Harry Jr. (Wendy) Ulch of Prince George, B.C., the late Melvin Ulch, the late Cheryl (Ray) Duplin, and Karin (Larry) Pilon of Blind River. Dear brother of the late Erle (late Fern) Ulch, late Jack (late Irene) Ulch, Shirley (Bill) Johnson of Sault Ste. Marie, late Nan (Laurie) LeFave, Bill (Eva) Harris, late Pat (Merla, Pricilla) Harris all of Sault Ste. Marie. Loving grandfather of Brenda Garrison (Ken) of Port Huron, Michigan, Bill (Allison) Garrison of Marine City Michigan, Mike (Pam) Leziert of Calgary, Roxanne Leziert (Paul Quesnel) of Bruce Mines, Melody Leziert (Keith Goodmurphy) of Sault Ste. Marie, Rachel Leziert (Steve Mercer) of Searchmont, Chris (Corey) McBride of Toronto, Ed McBride of Sturgeon Falls, Scott McBride of North Bay, Cherie (Mike) Belanger and Heather McBride both of Sault Ste. Marie, Andrea Leslie of Miami Beach Florida, Scott and Jimmy Purvis of Huntsville, John (Rupi) Ulch of Calgary, Jennifer Hartel-Ulch and Jaci (Derric) Ulch both of Prince George BC., Michele Ulch (Jeremy) of Hornpayne, Ray (Shana) Duplin, Angela Duplin, both of Sault Ste. Marie, Giselle Duplin and Laurent (Veronica) Duplin both of Sault Ste. Marie. Also survived by 42 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren and numerous neices and nephews. Harry was a proud member of the millwright union for 53 years. Resting at the Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon where frineds may call on Thursday, February 3, 2005 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, February 4 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 2:00 o'clock. Spring interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Donations to Day & Bright (Sowerby) Community Hall Renovation Fund or charity of your choice gratefully accepted.
