On Sunday, November 26, 2023, Marie Vollick (Strauss) joined her husband George on what would have been their 68th anniversary.
Marie leaves behind her children Lee and Bernadette Vollick and Donna and Hugh Morrison but once again is reunited with her daughter Diann Carmichael. She was a much loved gramma to Stephanie (Jason), Matthew (Jess), Taylor (Ben), Jeremy (Jaclyn), Becca (Brett), Riley, Brad (Ayden), and Kaidence. Proud great-gramma of Nathan and Spencer. Marie was the oldest of the Strauss children and will be missed by brothers Al, Ken and sisters Viola, Sheila, Carol and their families. Predeceased by her brother Mel and her sister Elaine.
