Peacefully at the F.J. Davey home surrounded by family on Monday, July 8, 2019, nine days shy of her 91st birthday.
Beloved wife of the late James Mathew Walker. Daughter of the late Murdock and Elizabeth McKay. Loving mother of Coralee King (Ron), Betty Ann Dunbar (Bill) and the late Bill Walker. Mother-in-law of Cheryl and Sandra. Special Nana of Jody Walker, Cindy Murphy (Mike), Tricia MacAdorey (Kevin), Kelli-Ann Lemieux (Marc), Robert Walker, Melissa VanBuskirk (Shawn) and Scott Dunbar (Amanda). Great Nana to Eric, Justin, Paige, Mitchell, Reid, Julia, Daisy, Kyla, Lucas, Dylan and Carter. Dear sister of the late Eleanor Haight ( late Allen) and Earla Jones (late Victor). Elva is survived by many nieces and nephews and will be sadly missed by her many friends at the Ontario Finnish Resthome and the F.J. Davey Home.
