Joan Mary Walsh passed away at the Sault Area Hospital General Site, Saturday, March 8, 2003. Joan Walsh of Thessalon in her 70th year. Loving mother of Linda Stephenson (Garth), of Killarney, Manitoba, Heather Farrell (Jim) of Echo Bay, Kelly Smith and Donald Walsh (Pauline) both of Sault Ste. Marie. Dear grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Special friend of Terry Hoyle. Dear sister of Joe Ansara (Anges) of Ottawa, and the late Mae Sweeney (late Mike), Adele Mendelin (late George). Also survived by nieces and nephews. Resting at the Beggs Funeral Home Thessalon where friends may call on Wednesday, March 12, 2003 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service at the Anglican Church of the Redeemer, Thessalon on Thursday, March 13, at 10:00 0'clock.
