Betty White passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Friday, April 4, 2003 at the age of 52. Beloved wife of the late Gordon. Loving mother of Jennifer White (Michael Kennedy) and Trevor White (Tracy). Betty is predeceased by her parents Ernie Hershey Sr., Willis and Louise Greig. Dear sister of Ernie Hershey (Marlene) of Atikokan, Ontario, Faithe Swann (Kevin) of Thunder Bay, Linda Thompson of Kamloops, B.C., Debbie Lind (Greg) of Thunder Bay, and Cheryl Fairbairn (Tim) of Atikokan. Also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Betty will be sadly missed by many friends. Friends may call at the Barton & Kiteley Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, April 7 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 8 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Bill McLean officiating. Spring interment at Maple Leaf Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Ontario Lupus Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
