It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful, loving Mother, at home, surrounded by the love of her children on Wednesday, December 9, 2020.
Devoted and loving wife of the late John Wierzbicki. Cherished mother of Brenda Aubin (late Buddy), Fred Wierzbicki, Theresa Wierzbicki, Sharon Del Bianco (John), Lori Van Overberghe (Joe). Sweetest Grandma of Michelle Aubin, Pamela Jack (Mike), Vanessa Del Bianco, Michael Del Bianco, Riley Van Overberghe and Paige Van Overberghe. Daughter of the late Joe and Theresa Greco. Dear sister of Angie Greco, late Carmen Greco (late Lillian), late Albert Greco. Sister-in-law of the late Victor (Geraldine), late Gabe (Mary), late Sam (late Velma), late Paul (late Stella), late Joe, late Mary Newman (late Ted). She will be fondly remembered by her many close friends and all of her extended family.
Mom worked hard all her life to fill our home with joy, love and laughter. She instilled her love of music in all of us. Her beautiful smile, her sense of humour, her well known passion for cooking, baking and knitting will be remembered by many. She touched a lot of lives through her kindness. She will be greatly missed.
Due to COVID 19 there will be no public visitation. The family invites you to gather in the parking lot of the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East 705-759-2522) on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. for a procession to take Helen to her final resting place and to join the family for a graveside service at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations made (payable by cheque or online) to Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by her family.
