(Wendy). Loving and very special Grampy to Riley. Twin brother of Frances Devoe (Bill). Caring brother of Barry (Jeanne) and Barbara Willis (Wayne). Son of the late Frank and Anne Winch. Special son-in-law of Elizabeth (Betty) Carlson (late Robert) and brother-in-law of Robin Mooney (Allan). Dear uncle of Brenda (Dave), Bill, Debbie (Dave), late Jimmy, Shelly (Jim), Sandra (Doug), Sally (John) and Donna (Dennis). Great uncle of many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Wednesday,
