It appears some traffic is getting through on Highway 17 as just the west-bound lane and shoulder remained closed this afternoon following a crash near Thessalon.
Highway 17 was closed near the town an hour east of the Sault earlier today in both directions following a crash, according to the Ontario 511 traffic info service.
The closure came just after 12:50 p.m. between High 129/Boyle Street and Lakeside Drive.
An update just before 3 p.m. indicates a partial reopening, with just one lane and shoulder closed.
