ELLIOT LAKE — A 31-year-old from Elliot Lake has been arrested and charged in relation to indecent acts, according to a news release from the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police.
On Aug. 28 the complainant reported being outside in the Mississauga Avenue apartment building parking lot. A known tenant yelled at the complainant from their apartment and then proceeded to "expose and pleasure himself" in full view, the release added.
Police say Dominic Bernard is charged with:
- Indecent act
- Indecent exhibition
- Nudity and indecent exposure
- Criminal harassment - beset and watch complainant
The accused was scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Bail Court in Blind River on Aug. 30.
