MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT
(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON.) Members of the Kirkland Lake OPP have charged a local man with assault. The charge stems from a disturbance at a residence located on Kirkland Street in Kirkland Lake. The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of the accused. The incident occurred during the evening hours on January 24, 2013.
Charged is Gislain CHARETTE age 48 of Kirkland Lake. He was remanded into custody pending a bail hearing.
