OUT FOR AN EVENING WALK WHEN ASSAULTED (ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – Members of the East Algoma OPP are currently investigating an assault. The victim reports that on July 11, 2013 at approximately 10:16 p.m.

OUT FOR AN EVENING WALK WHEN ASSAULTED

(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – Members of the East Algoma OPP are currently investigating an assault.

The victim reports that on July 11, 2013 at approximately 10:16 p.m. while out for an evening walk with a friend on Spruce Avenue in Elliot Lake was hit with a beer bottle in the stomach area.  The beer bottle was allegedly thrown from a moving vehicle.  The suspect vehicle is described as a smaller white truck with three lights mounted on the centre of the rear of the cab and may have supped-up tires.

At the time of the report, the victim did not have any injuries.
