NEWSPAPER CARRIER BITTEN BY DOG
Heyden, Ont.,
A 17 Year old newspaper carrier was bit on the hand yesterday as she delivered papers in the Heyden area.
The carrier was delivering papers on Heyden Lake Road when an untied dog charged the girl and nipped her hand. The skin was not broken from the bite and the girl did not need medical treatment.
The investigation, so far, has revealed that the dog was not tied and was running loose.
This matter is still under investigation and no charges against the dog owner have been laid yet.
