BREAK ENTER AND ASSAULT UNDER INVESTIGATION
(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON.) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a break enter and assault that took place at an apartment located on McKelvie Avenue in Kirkland Lake. Entry into the residence was gained by forcing the door open. Once inside the two suspects assaulted and injured the tenant. The victim a 30 year-old adult male was transported to hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries. The incident occurred at approximately 1:10 a.m. on November 15, 2013.
