Injured Bear Located (Blind River, Ont.) On Saturday 02 August 2008 the East Algoma O.P.P. were called to the Blind River Landfill site where employees reported seeing what they thought was an injured bear.

(Blind River, Ont.) On Saturday 02 August 2008 the East Algoma O.P.P. were called to the Blind River Landfill site where employees reported seeing what they thought was an injured bear.
Police arrived and confirmed that the bear was injured and was the bear that had been shot on Sunday 27 July in Forrest Glenn Subdivision.

Police dispatched the bear bringing to an end the apprehension of the wounded bear lurking in the residential area.
