(Elliot Lake, Ontario) The East Algoma OPP has arrested and charged a second male regarding the homemade explosive devices at the local beaches.
Charged with the following is a 17-year-old male of Elliot Lake.
Explosives – Intent to cause damage to property
Explosives – Making or Possessing for unlawful purpose
Mischief Under $5,000.00
The youth is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on September 7, 2010. The name of the youth will not be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Police are continuing their investigation.
