FIRE DESTROYS INTERIOR OF HOME
Heyden, Ont.

The Aweres Fire Department and O.P.P. responded to a trailer home fire at 11:55 a.m. on Saturday at Rupert Acres Trailer Park. The home, owned by 67-year-old Marion Crawford, was not occupied at the time and no injuries were reported.

The fire was successfully extinguished but not before flames caused extensive damage to the interior of the home. The exact cause of the fire is unknown at this time and is under investigation by the O.P.P. and the Ontario Fire Marshal?s Office.
