IMPAIRED DRIVER CHARGED (HORNEPAYNE, ON.) – On October 1st, 2011 the Superior East OPP in Hornepayne had occasion to stop a motor vehicle on Hornepayne Creek Road in Chelsea Township.

IMPAIRED DRIVER CHARGED

(HORNEPAYNE, ON.) – On October 1st, 2011 the Superior East OPP in Hornepayne had occasion to stop a motor vehicle on Hornepayne Creek Road in Chelsea Township.

The driver, Robert MAYHEW age 33 of Hornepayne, Ontario was subsequently arrested and charged with the following;

1. Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle

2. Exceed 80 milligrams of Blood/Alcohol content.

He will appear in Hornepayne Criminal Court on November 3rd, 2011 to answer to the first two charges.
