Collision involving pedestrian
Members of the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call of a collision at the intersection of Highway 17 and Algonquin Avenue, City of North Bay. On Oct. 30, 2016 at approximately 3:15 a.m. a pedestrian, who was running across the intersection, ran into the side of an eastbound vehicle.
The pedestrian, a 19-year-old male from North Bay, was transported to hospital by North Bay and District Ambulance Service where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
