DRUG POSSESSION CHARGES LAID

(WHITE RIVER, ON.) – On September 10th, 2011 Superior East OPP in White River were patrolling on Highway 17 near White River had occasion to stop a 2002 Toyota Echo for a Highway Traffic Act violation. As a result of a consensual search of the vehicle a small of amount of illegal substances were seized by police.

As a result Simon GOULET age 18 of QUEBEC CITY, Quebec has been charged with:

1) Possess Psilocybin (mushrooms) contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substance Act.

2) Possess Marijuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substance Act

Also charged was Jean-Philippe GOSSELIN-CLICHÉ age 18 of QUEBEC CITY, Quebec with Possess Marijuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substance Act.

Both accused will appear in Wawa Criminal Court on November 14th, 2011 to answer to their charges.
