IMPAIRED DRIVER CHARGED (Sault Ste. Marie, ON) On Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 3:09 am OPP received a driving complaint of a blue Buick LeSabre weaving all over the roadway on Highway 17 East.

IMPAIRED DRIVER CHARGED
(Sault Ste. Marie, ON) On Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 3:09 am OPP received a driving complaint of a blue Buick LeSabre weaving all over the roadway on Highway 17 East. The vehicle was located travelling westbound on Trunk Road in Sault Ste. Marie and was stopped. Investigation revealed that the female driver exhibited signs of alcohol impairment. Arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a motor vehicle and Driving with Over 80 mgs. of Alcohol contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada is 18 year old Chris Bizier of 1335 Trunk Road, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The accused was released on a Promise to Appear for court on 15 November, 2010.

MARIHUANA PLANTS SEIZED, STREET VALUE OF $20,000
(MacDonald Twp., ON) On Saturday, 11 September 2010, OPP located several Marihuana Plants in various growth stages under a wooden deck at a vacant apartment situated in the 3000 block of Highway 17, Echo Bay, Ontario. The Marihuana plants seized had a potential street value of approximately $20,000.
