RIDE CHECK RESULTS IN CHARGES

(Blind River, ON.) – On September 16, 2011 officers from East Algoma OPP were conducting RIDE checks on Highway 557 north of Blind River. At 10:00 p.m. officers checked a vehicle and discovered the driver had been drinking. The driver provided a breath sample into the roadside screening device and registered a “fail”. He was arrested and transported to the Blind River detachment for breath tests. Charged with Operate Motor Vehicle - over 80 mgs of alcohol is 48 year old Jozsef KELSKEMETI of the Municipality of Huron Shores.

KELSKEMETI is scheduled to appear in Blind River court on November 3, 2011.
