Another Suspicious Fire (Blind River, Ont.) East Algoma O.P.P. is investigating another suspicious Fire. At around 7:00 a.m. Police were alerted to a Fire at Vegas Fabrics on Victoria St. in Blind River.

Another Suspicious Fire

(Blind River, Ont.) East Algoma O.P.P. is investigating another suspicious Fire. At around 7:00 a.m. Police were alerted to a Fire at Vegas Fabrics on Victoria St. in Blind River. The fire was contained to a small area but the potential for damage was great. This is the third time in approximately 6 months that this business has been the scene of a crime and this is approximately the sixth suspicious fire in the Town in the previous twelve months.

Police are asking the public to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity such as persons lurking around buildings or persons out at what appear to be abnormal hours.

This investigation is still in the early stages, but Police believe that with the publics help they can bring this and other investigations to a successful conclusion.
