UPDATE - Charges in Snow Vehicle Collision

(Elliot Lake, ON.) – Police have charged the driver of the snow vehicle involved in the early morning collision with the following infractions.

Impaired driving Causing Bodily harm – Criminal code of Canada

Fail to report –circumstances of collision Motorized Snow Vehicle Act
Fail to notify Change of address- MSVA
Fail to Produce Evidence of Insurance- MSVA
Fail to display evidence of permit- MSVA

Charged is: 29-year-old Daniel GAUTHIER of Elliot Lake, Ont.

GAUTHIER is to appear in Court in Elliot Lake on 05 May 2009
