The Sault O.P.P. is investigating a collision on Highway #556 north of Ranger Lake. Around 3:00 this morning, a tractor-trailer unit driven by a Hamilton, Ontario resident rolled over when a soft shoulder gave away while he was negotiating a tight curve. No one was hurt in the accident and no charges are being laid. The load of beer was extensively damaged. It took 12 hours to clean up the accident scene.

This is the second accident this week involving a curved section of hwy 556. Police ask you to take extra care when driving this highway.
