VEHICLE TOWED AFTER DRIVER CHARGED FOR RACING

(Highway 17, Tarbutt Township, Ontario) On Friday December 22, 2007 a driver from Lindsay, Ontario received a wake up call for his high speeds. The driver was clocked on Highway 17 in Tarbutt Township, west of Desbarats, Ontario for traveling in excess of 50 kilometers over the speed limit.

Joseph Aaron LOWE (29) was charged under Section 172(1) of the Highway Traffic Act with “Race a Motor Vehicle”. The motor vehicle was impounded and LOWE faces a seven days suspension.
