POLICE LOOKING FOR POSSIBLE WITNESSES

(Elliot Lake, Ontario) – Police are currently seeking the assistance of the public regarding a possible assault on Veterans Way in Elliot Lake.

The victim reports that on February 17, 2010 at approximately 2:00 p.m. he was standing at a bus stop on Veterans Way when he was approached by a male and assaulted.

Police are asking anyone that may have witnessed the assault to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
