DRUG SEARCH WARRANT –GARDEN RIVER FIRST NATION

(SAULT STE MARIE, ON) –On Thursday July 01, 2010 members of the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau-Drug Enforcement Unit assisted by the Anishinabek Police Service, the Wikwemikong Police Service, the U.C.C.M. Police Service and a North East Region OPP canine officer, executed a search warrant upon a residence on Garden River First Nation.

As a result of the search, police located and seized approximately $1500 worth of controlled substances including cannabis marihuana, cannabis resin, and Oxycodone.

Ryan SOULIERE aged 23 of Garden River is charged with production of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis marihuana, possession of cannabis resin, and possession of Oxycodone contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

SOULIERE was charged and will appear for court in Sault Ste Marie on August 09, 2010.
