Non Validated Plate Leads to Arrest On Tuesday afternoon around 6:38 a Sault Ste Marie Detachment Officer noticed a vehicle being operated on Watson Rd in Echo Bay to have a non validated licence plate.

On Tuesday afternoon around 6:38 a Sault Ste Marie Detachment Officer noticed a vehicle being operated on Watson Rd in Echo Bay to have a non validated licence plate. Upon checking the vehicle the driver was found to have been drinking. A roadside screening test was conducted and the driver blew a fail. Subsequent breath tests revealed the driver to be operating his vehicle with more than double the legal limit of alcohol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with more than 80 mg % of alcohol is Luke Mathew ENNS, age 32 of Watson Rd MacDonald Twp. ENNS will appear in court in Sault Ste Marie on April 4th.
