THREAT CHARGES FOR LOCAL MALE
(Elliot Lake, Ontario) May 1st, 2013 at approximately 6:15 p.m. the OPP received a call regarding a possible threat.
Police spoke with the victim and learned through investigation that he had allegedly been threatened while he was out for a walk with his children. The accused had approached the victim and verbally threatened him.
Charged with the following is Joseph Clarence DONNELLY (57) of Elliot Lake.
- Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
- Breach of Probation (X2)
The accused remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing in Sault Ste Marie.
BREAK ENTER AND THEFT ON CAPILLO
(Elliot Lake, Ontario) The East Algoma OPP is currently investigating a break enter and theft on Capillo Crescent in Elliot Lake.
The victim states that between March 18, 2013 and May 1st, 2013 while away from the residence unknown person(s) entered the residence and took items from the residence. Missing is an Acer Notebook, a couple of gold rings, a gold necklace and some costume jewellery.
