OVERDUE HUNTER LOCATED
Batchawana First Nation, Ont.,
Sault Ste Marie OPP have been advised that the search for the overdue hunter on the Batchawana First Nation Territory is over.
Forty eight year old Bernard Agawa has been located alive and in good health. He is being taken to the Sault and Area Hospitals for an examination as a precautionary measure.
Mr. Agawa does have a minor injury to one of his eyes as a result of his travels in the bush.
EXTENSIVE DAMAGE IN BREAK AND ENTER

The Batchawana First Nation Police are investigating a break and enter to a home on Corbiel Point in Batchawana.
The owner of the home arrived at the house at about 3:30p.m. yesterday to discover that persons unknown had entered the home. The culprits forced their way into the home and caused extensive damage. The entire home was ransacked, every room entered and numerous items were taken.
Reported stolen so far, is electronic equipment, jewelry, tools, a diving suit, house hold
