SAULT STE. MARIE OPP ON THE LOOKOUT THIS LABOUR DAY WEEKEND
(SAULT STE. MARIE, ON) - Sault Ste. Marie OPP will be concentrating on highway patrols this Labour Day weekend during the peak travel days of Friday and Monday.
OPP will also be on the waterways and trails Saturday and Sunday when boaters and ATV riders are more likely to be out.
The OPP Labour Day enforcement plan will concentrate on aggressive driving, impaired driving and seat belt compliance.
Drivers are encouraged to stay alert behind the wheel and watch out for wildlife that causes many collisions.
Sault Ste. Marie OPP encourage motorists to drive safe, boat safe and enjoy the final long weekend of summer responsibly.
