IMPAIRED DRIVER CHARGED
(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) –On Sunday April 8, 2012 at 6:09 am The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call to the upper mall parking lot at the Algo Mall located at 151 Ontario Ave, Elliot Lake, ON. Upon arrival OPP officers located a black car parked with empty beer cans lying on the ground beside the car. After speaking to the driver of the vehicle, Joshua WILLET (18) of Sault Ste. Marie, ON was arrested and charged with Exceed 80 milligrams of Blood/Alcohol content.
The accused was also charged with possessing more than one licence and having care and control of a motor vehicle with open container of liquor contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
He will appear in Elliot Lake Criminal Court on May 1, 2012.
