TWO CHARGED (Elliot Lake, Ontario) – At approximately 4:59 a.m. on March 16, 2010 officers of the East Algoma OPP responded to a 911 call. On scene police noted a female standing outside a residence on Gauthier Place.

TWO CHARGED

(Elliot Lake, Ontario) – At approximately 4:59 a.m. on March 16, 2010 officers of the East Algoma OPP responded to a 911 call. On scene police noted a female standing outside a residence on Gauthier Place. Officers attempted to speak with the female with negative results. The female was arrested and at this time a male approached officers. The male allegedly confronted the officers and was also arrested.

Charged with the following is Sarah Catherine CYWINK (22) of Elliot Lake.

Cause a Disturbance and Nudity in a public place

Also charged with Causing a Disturbance is John Robin PERDUE (46) of Elliot Lake.

CYWINK and PERDUE are scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on May 4, 2010.
