THAT DEER IN THE HEADLIGHT LOOK !!

At least one person got some experience at what a deer looks like when it is staring into your headlights.
Two more collisions involving deer were reported to the Sault Ste Marie OPP yesterday. The first one was on Hwy 17 at Pumpkin Point Road in Laird Township east of Sault Ste Marie. Yesterday at 10:00 a.m. a deer ran in front of a car traveling on Hwy 17. The deer was struck and killed.
The second collision happened at about 9:45 p.m. last night. A pick up truck was traveling on Lake George Road just off of Hwy 17 in Laird Twp. The truck was traveling east on Lake George Road when a deer ran in front of the truck. This deer was also struck and killed.
No people were injured in these collisions but both vehicles did have considerable damage.
