MALE ARRESTED TRYING TO BREAK INTO RESIDENCE (Blind River, ON.) – On November 28, 2010 at 7:15 a.m. a home owner on Victoria St in Blind River was awakened by strange noises.
MALE ARRESTED TRYING TO BREAK INTO RESIDENCE
(Blind River, ON.) – On November 28, 2010 at 7:15 a.m. a home owner on Victoria St in Blind River was awakened by strange noises. When he went to investigate he allegedly discovered a male breaking into his residence. Police were called and located the male a short distance away. Charged is 20 year old Robert Raymond SCHELLEKENS of Blind River. SCHELLEKENS has been charged with the following:
1) Break and Enter, section 348(1)(a) Criminal Code
2) Breach of Probation, section 733.1(1) Criminal Code 2 counts
3 Engage in Prohibited Activity, section 2(1)(a)(ii) Trespass to Property Act

SCHELLEKENS was held in custody for a bail hearing in Sault Ste Marie.
