Theft of Mail Box
Sometime between mail delivery Friday the 24th of October and Saturday a mail box and parcel in the box were stolen from end of the driveway at 1533 Old Garden River Road on the Batchewana First Nation. The other mail in the box was scattered in the ditch. Anyone with information on this crime can call the Batchewana Police at 1-888-310-1122 ( OPP Dispatch) or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
Break and Enter
Some time over the past two weeks a camp located at the 1500 block of Mission Road in Goulais Twp was entered. The thieves stole alcohol and damaged the wood stove in the camp.
