Traffic complaint leads to impaired charge for Cornwall male
WAWA - On August 26, 2014 just before 9 p.m. officers from the Superior East Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Wawa received a complaint of a possible impaired driver Westbound on Highway 101. Officers located and stopped the vehicle on Main Street within the Municipality of Wawa. As a result of their investigation 27-year-old Nathan ST-LOUIS of Cornwall, Ontario was arrested and is charged with having over 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood contrary to section 253 (1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
He is schedule to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Wawa on October 6, 2014.
