**UPDATE** (Elliot Lake, Ont.) On Monday, April 2nd, 2007 the East Algoma OPP arrested and charged a second man regarding a complaint received February 2007. Charged with two (2) counts of Sexual Assault is Joseph ASCENZO (21) of Toronto.

(Elliot Lake, Ont.) On Monday, April 2nd, 2007 the East Algoma OPP arrested and charged a second man regarding a complaint received February 2007.

Charged with two (2) counts of Sexual Assault is Joseph ASCENZO (21) of Toronto. ASCENZO is scheduled to appear in court in Elliot Lake on July 3rd, 2007.
