MALE AND FEMALE CHARGED - UTTERING THREATS

(MacDonald Twp., ON) – OPP were dispatched to a residence on Lake St. in Echo Bay yesterday morning at 9:30 am.

It is alleged a male and a female attended a residence on that street and the female entered the residence verbally threatening two occupants of the residence.

37 year old Jena Mae Ferguson of Lake St. in Echo Bay, ON was arrested and charged with Forcible Entry and two counts of Uttering threats.

40 year old Michael Cipriano of Lake St. in Echo Bay, ON was arrested and charged with two counts of Uttering threats.

Both were released on a Promise to appear for Provincial Court on 20 September 2010.
