JUST ENJOYING A NIGHT OUT!

(Elliot Lake, Ont.) The East Algoma OPP has charged a local male after received a complaint of a possible assault. Investigation revealed that on August 12th, 2007 the victim was at a local licensed establishment when he was assaulted. The victim attended the local hospital, was treated and released.

Charged with Assault Cause Bodily Harm is Thomas Micheal SHELLINGTON (25) of Elliot Lake. SHELLINGTON is scheduled to appear in court on October 2nd, 2007.

BREAK ENTER AND THEFT REPORT

(Blind River, Ont.) Police are currently investigating a break, enter and theft on Freemont Street in Blind River.

On August 15, 2007 police received a call reporting a possible Break and Enter. Investigation revealed that unknown person(s) entered the residence while the owner was away and stole several items.

Missing items are as follows:
 DELL Laptop Computer with its case
 DVD Player
 VCR Player
 DVD/VCR Player
 Play Station 1
 Play Station 2
 PSP (Play Station Portable)
 Nintendo Game Cube
 Along with several Play Station and Nintendo Games
