IF YOU DON’T HAVE A LICENCE … DON’T DRIVE!
(Elliot Lake, Ontario) While on general patrol on August 26, 2009 at approximately 2:08 a.m. in the city of Elliot Lake, officers of the East Algoma OPP noted a vehicle on Mississauga Avenue approaching with only parking lights on.
The officers spoke with the driver and it was learned that he was a suspended driver. The vehicle was seized and the driver was charged.
Charged with Drive while Disqualified is Brian Roger BIGGS (29) of Elliot Lake. BIGGS is scheduled to appear in court on October 6, 2009.
