ATTEMPT ROBBERY – TWO SUBJECTS ARRESTED
(Elliot Lake, Ontario) – As the result of an ongoing investigation, police have charged two local males. On February 15, 2011 at approximately 4:40 p.m. police attended the area of the Zellers Drug store in Elliot Lake and based on the investigation police arrested and charged two subjects.

Charged with the following is Ryan Sheldon DOBRATZ(18) of Elliot Lake.
Attempt Robbery with a weapon
Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offence
Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
Failure to Comply

Also charged with the following is Derek Todd DOBRATZ (20) of Elliot Lake.
Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offence
Attempt Robbery with weapon
Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
Breach of Probation

Both subjects remain in custody awaiting a bail hearing on todays date.
