STOLEN ATV RECOVERED (Laird Twp., ON) – A 2008 Kubota 900 RTV all terrain vehicle was reported stolen yesterday afternoon from a business on Calabogie Road in Laird Township. The vehicle had last been seen on the 21st February.

(Laird Twp., ON) – A 2008 Kubota 900 RTV all terrain vehicle was reported stolen yesterday afternoon from a business on Calabogie Road in Laird Township. The vehicle had last been seen on the 21st February.

A short while later OPP located the vehicle near a snowmobile trail between Bar River Road and Maple Leaf Road.

LOCAL BUSINESS VICTIM OF BREAK ENTER AND THEFT

(Elliot Lake, Ontario) – The East Algoma OPP is currently investigating a break enter and theft at a local business in Elliot Lake.

Police learned through investigation that between 5:00 p.m. on February 22, 2010 and 8:00 a.m. on February 23, 2010 unknown person(s) attended Elliot Equipment Rentals on Kilborn Way and pried off a padlock on a rear shed. Subject(s) removed three items, (2) 20-litre gas container, and (1) 10-litre gas container. At the time of the report nothing else was reported missing.
