DOG ATTACK SENDS ONE TO HOSPITAL Heyden, Ont., An attack of a young girl by two untied dogs sent the Heyden youth to Sault and Area Hospitals yesterday. At about 6:00 p.m. last night the girl was walking to a friends home on Birchgrove Rd in Heyden.

An attack of a young girl by two untied dogs sent the Heyden youth to Sault and Area Hospitals yesterday.

At about 6:00 p.m. last night the girl was walking to a friends home on Birchgrove Rd in Heyden. She was on the roadway near her friend's home when the two large untied dogs attacked her. She was bitten on the legs by both of the animals.

The girl was taken to Sault and Area Hospitals were she was treated for the animal bites and released.

The two dogs are described as a German Sheppard and a German Sheppard/Chow mix. The owner of the dogs will be charged with allowing the animals to run loose.
