The Northern Hub is a telephone banking and support service with local Northern Credit Union staff and extended hours. Now, there is a line dedicated to seniors. No one is rushed and all questions are welcome.

Eight videos that cover everything about online (or digital) banking can be found on the Northern Know-How section of the website. From how to set up an account to where to find certain features, these videos are all about learning, building new skills, and gaining confidence. It also has a great selection of articles including methods of spotting fraud, recognizing financial abuse, and retirement planning advice.
In-branch tutorials for seniors
One-on-one tutorials are being offered at local Northern Credit Union* branches. Members bring in their computer or smartphone and branch representatives ensure everything is properly set up and that there is full comfort in using all the features.
Almost all banking, including account setup and inquiries, bank transfers, investments, loans, lines of credit, and mortgages can all be done using Northern Credit Union’s online and telephone services.
