After 16 years in business, the city’s only full-service medspa has moved to a beautiful clinical space in the historic Queenstown district of Sault Ste. Marie.
Jen Kapur, RN and owner/operator of Laser Advantage MedSpa says that their new location allows them to achieve a higher level of customer service and to offer their clients an even more enjoyable experience. “We’ve gone from three treatment rooms to ten. We can operate on a larger scale and we can bring in any services that you’d see in Toronto clinics,” she says.
Jen considered all of the details when she designed her new clinic. There is even a private entry for those who prefer to be discrete. All of Jen’s hard work and determination is motivated by her commitment to women’s health. Before she opened Laser Advantage MedSpa, Jen was a labour and delivery nurse. “I love making women feel good about themselves. It's all about natural and beautiful results,” she explains. “With the technology we have nowadays, people should not be afraid of getting these treatments done. Our clients are enhancing their natural beauty they already have. It is no different than women going to exercise to make their body feel better or going to get their hair dyed if they choose to. Technologies have changed to help people feel good about themselves.”
