All Star Auto Glass has been a staple in the community for decades and nobody know that better than the new owners, Justin MacKenzie, Owner/Technician and Whitney Mackenzie, Owner/Manager.
“We know the previous owners, John and Debbie, through our shared passion for classic cars. My wife and I were customers at All Star Auto Glass for many years and always admired the way they ran their business and what they did for the community. The care for their customers, their level of experience, and their attention to detail is unmatched in Sault St. Marie,” says Justin. “I stopped in at All Star Auto Glass about a year ago to visit and we ended up chatting about retirement and what the future held for the business. You could say the rest is history. We took over on April 1st of this year.”
Continuing the Tradition of Excellent Customer Service
Justin and Whitney were first attracted to the businesses because of the excellent customer service and they are excited to continue that legacy.
“We aim to provide the same wonderful customer experience for everyone! Our goal is to ensure our customers feel taken care of from the moment they call in to schedule the appointment to when they receive their vehicle again,” says Whitney.
She continues, “We have launched a website, Facebook and Instagram and hope to share with our customers some behind the scenes. We want to showcase our team and the experience they have. In a way, a vehicle can be an extension of ourselves and our home – we can spend a lot of time in it, so you want to know who is working on your vehicle.”
The service team at All Star Auto Glass is also key in continuing to offer the same level of service that the previous owners did.
“Our team has the most experience of all auto glass installation businesses in Sault Ste. Marie and surrounding area with 40+ years of combined experience. Our team is qualified for installations, repairs, and calibration of all vehicles. We are also specialists in unique installations like motorhomes and classic cars,” explains Justin.
Investing in New Technology
In order to keep the business on the cutting-edge, Whitney and Justin have invested in new technology.
“With the addition of safety technology in cars, like Advanced Driver Assist Systems, new technology is required to ensure the installation of windshields is done properly and safely. We have invested in the best possible technology for our technicians,” says Whitney. “We are also working to make it as easy as possible for our customers to set up appointments with us by visiting our website, Facebook, or Instagram.”
Justin concludes, “We are very grateful to Sault Ste. Marie and the surrounding area customers and look forward to taking care of them in the future. We are family owned and operated and take great pride in our community and will ensure we support our community as it supports us.”
