Crime Stoppers and the Anishinabek Police Service are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying a female.

On Sunday, February 14th, 2016 at approximately 2:30 p.m. a male was snowmobiling northbound on the OFSC D trail 10 kilometers north of Garden River First Nation. A motorized snow vehicle traveling southbound rounded a curve partially in the males’ lane.  The male made a sharp turn to avoid the collision causing him to be thrown from his snow machine and strike the southbound snow machine. The male was seriously injured and required hospitalization.

Police are looking for the identity of the female driving the southbound snow machine involved in the collision.  The female appeared to be in her late forties, having a German accent, driving a newer model red/burgundy Viper model snow machine, possibly from the Windsor area.
